School Monitoring Services for High school Students
Thanks to the Ministère de la Famille, Massey-Vanier High School, and the Association’s partners, the APPHBM is now offering after-school day care for 12-21 year olds at Massey-Vanier High School in Cowansville.
Monitoring services, funded by the Ministère, are available for youth ages 12 to 21 in high school whom, due to their disabilities, cannot stay home alone after-school. Students attending schools in the Brome-Missisquoi area, and even Granby, can benefit from this service at any school board.
Parents should make arrangements with this transportation service to drop their child off at Massey-Vanier where they will be supervised, instead of dropping them off at their home. Parents can also arrange for this service to bring the child home at the end of the day.
The school monitoring service is offered everyday after-school from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for $8/day.
This service is also offered during school planning days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for $16/day.
